Returning this year, Your Suncoast Blues Society will hold our regional International Blues Challenge! The date of competition is Sunday, September 15th, with a scheduled start time of 2:00 PM.
Your IBC Committee chose Bayboro Brewery in St. Petersburg to host the event. Bayboro Brewery is located at 2390 5th Avenue South.
The competition will determine which acts will compete in Memphis for the International Blues Challenge, scheduled for January 7-11, 2025, on Beale Street.
Band registration is now open, so if you know of a local act that would have interest in competing please spread the word! For any questions, please send an email to president!@suncoastblues.org.
Food and drinks will be available. Tickets for the event will be available on our website, and at the door. Watch your social media for information on when tickets will be available for purchase.
Many acts expressed interest to your IBC Committee for the competition, so we are expecting a full day of music. Stay tuned for a compete list of acts once registration closes near the end of August.
