On October 31st and November 1st be part of a special Blues event in St. Petersburg, FL. Blues legend Luther ‘Guitar Junior’ Johnson will be performing both nights at The Hideaway Café on Central Ave.. 

Featuring Luther’s authentic style of Chicago blues, you can be a part of a live recording for an upcoming live album. Luther Johnson has been playing the blues for over 60 years and was a mainstay of the Muddy Waters band from 1972-80. He is a Grammy Award winner and a W.C. Handy award winner. Luther played a role in the original Blues Brothers movie and during a long successful solo career has played in Europe, Asia, South America and even the White House. 

Due to COVID19 The Hideaway will practice social distancing and safety protocols, and therefore a limited number of tickets will be available for both nights. This is a rare opportunity to be a part of Blues legend Luther ‘Guitar Junior’ Johnson’s newest album.
